How do I book an airport transfer in Japan?

Select your pickup and drop-off (airport↔hotel), date, time, and passengers on MonkeyTravel to book a private car. Your booking is confirmed instantly.

What kinds of rides can I book besides airport pickup?

You can choose airport pickup, airport drop-off, point-to-point transfer, private charter (a car with driver by the day) or a golf course round trip.

Can I book a round-trip transfer to a golf course?

Yes. Select the golf round-trip route type to book a private car between your accommodation and the golf course. Available courses and fares vary by area, so check them on the booking screen.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your driver tracks your flight and waits for your actual arrival time — with no extra waiting fees for arrival delays.

Are tolls and fuel included in the price?

Yes. It is a fixed price covering tolls and fuel for the stated route, with no hidden fees — you pay only the confirmed amount.

How much luggage can I bring and where do I meet the driver?

Passenger and luggage capacity for each vehicle type is shown on the product page. For airport pickup, your driver waits at the arrivals hall with a name board.
