| 예약이 확정 되었는데 안다즈 쪽에서 메일이 왔습니다. 24일에 패키지 이야기와 함께 1박무료로 진행 되었다고 합니다만 견적서와 다른 이야기 인데 확인 부탁드립니다. We are writing this email regarding the reservation number 122618431 you have made for a King Bed Garden View on behalf of Mr. Yeonjoo Park from 22nd – 26th December 2023. After conducting a thorough review of your reservation, we have identified a system error that has impacted to include an incorrect promotion which is "Every 3rd Night Free", for this reservation. The free night is applied on the night of 24th December which is not correct. We would like to bring to your attention that your current booking falls under the "Christmas Tropical Retreat" package, which includes a lavish Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet on 24th December 2023. There will be a nightly rate plus a special supplement charge on the night of 24 December at THB 15,475 plus 18.2% service charge and tax (THB 18,291.45 net) and this includes the Christmas Eve Dinner buffet for 2 adults.
